Come as you are is our monthly no experience necessary workshop series where participants can pay what they can, but are not forced.

The goal is to create accessible educational opportunities for folks at all levels!

January’s workshop title is:

INTRODUCTION TO THE UNIVERSE OF BLACK ART

In this workshop participants will gain a brief introduction to Black Art history in the United States including:

• Notable Black Artists

• Various styles and approaches taken by Black Artists

• Important Black Art institutions

• What it means to be a collector and supporter of Black Art
